For some clients we operate on the basis of a fixed monthly fee, for a pre-determined volume of work. This is invoiced one month in advance. 

For others we work on an ad hoc basis, charging for specific projects as and when they occur, invoicing upon completion.

Email newsletter services are negotiated on the basis of individual requirements and invoiced at despatch of each newsletter..

For Assisted PR™ or one-off press releases we charge on completion of each project or part project.

Fees for very simple web sites are charged 50% on receipt of order, and 50% on completion of the project.
